Soft Play Surface
Made from recycled wire-free tyres and resin, our Soft Play Surface system offers the landscape architect many exciting design options, as well as providing the environmental benefit of making use of recycled materials.
There are many benefits in specifying our soft play system but one of the key advantages is its porous nature which lends itself well to our generally wet climate in the UK. It is soft underfoot with no sharp edges, is extremely cost-effective and has been in use for over 12 years in a wide variety of applications.
The soft play surface comes in a range of colour choices, offering the designer a great many visual options which can enhance the aesthetics of the overall scheme. It is easy to install, being mixed on site, screeded onto the surface and rolled by hand making it far less intrusive to lay compared to tarmac. Unlike tarmac, it does not require heating to high temperatures, making it easier, cleaner and safer to install.
The material is highly long-lasting and hard-wearing and once installed requires little maintenance other than sweeping-up of everyday debris from the surface. In the unlikely event of a section of the laid surface being damaged, repairs can be carried out quickly and easily as the affected area can be cut away and a new section added without any need for heavy-duty construction equipment. Repair kits are available to enable the client to undertake basic repairs themselves, should they so choose.
Self Binding Footpath
Our self-binding Footpath Surfacing system is cost-effective, durable and easy to maintain.
The flexible rubber structure is soft underfoot and is available in a variety of colours, to suit design needs and to provide an appealing look. Made from recycled wire-free tyres, natural aggregate, and natural resin, it offers environmental benefits as well as a practical and affordable solution.
The porous compound is ideally suited for use in wet conditions, making it an excellent choice for footpath construction in climates like our own in the UK.
It is easy to install, being mixed on site, screeded onto the surface and rolled by hand. It is cleaner and safer to lay when compared to tarmac, which needs heating to high temperatures in order to be workable. The system is extremely durable, requires little maintenance other than routine sweeping and as it is self-levelling there is no need for expensive edging kerbs to support installation. In the unlikely event of any section of the surface being damaged, our repair kit enables a client to carry out repairs or to add a new section of surface easily and without a need for heavy-duty construction equipment.
Porous Equestrian Surface
Our porous, self-binding Equestrian Surfacing System is highly cost-effective and is designed with the specific needs of the equestrian user.
Made from recycled wire-free tyres, natural aggregate, and natural resin, the specialist compound is available in a variety of colours. It is soft underfoot, with no sharp edges and its porous flexible rubber structure makes it ideally suited for use in our wet climate.
It is the perfect solution for equestrian surfaces and is becoming increasingly popular, having been installed in various high profile racecourses and equestrian centres across the country.
It is easy to install, being mixed on site, screeded onto the surface and troweled by hand, making it far less intrusive to lay compared to tarmac (which needs heating to high temperatures). This purpose-designed system is extremely durable and does not require any ongoing maintenance other than routine sweeping.
As it is self-leveling, there is no need for expensive edging kerbs. In the unlikely event of any section of the surface being damaged, our repair kit enables a client to add a new section quickly and easily.
